Let's do this!

Okay Gents,

This is the place to ask questions regarding your reading and it is a place to encourage one another.

I am so grateful to be in this season with you men. The task before us is doable. Not by our own power but by the Lords. He will encourage us and we will encourage one another.

July 1, kick off day. Let's do this.

Paul

  2. Why would God favor Abel over Cain? Would he not see that it would foster resentment?
Who did Cain marry? Where did she come from?
Ham's descendants became slaves because he saw his father drunk and naked, and he did nothing. Wow! Is the Old Testament God fair?

  3. It could be that Cain married a soulless humanoid that pre existed modern man. Or.....
it most likely was his sister/niece. The law was given in leviticus concerning marriage to siblings.

Abel gave the fattest portion which was an indication of his heart.

First, God is always just. The OT God is the same God we serve and worship today. Could this be sin to the third and fourth generation? Jon?
